This policy explains what RealIGFollowers collects, why, and your rights. In short: we ask for as little as possible, we never take your password, and we don't sell your data.
What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect: the public @username or post/video link you enter, your email address at checkout, and payment details (processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number). We also collect basic technical data such as IP-based country (to show the right currency) and standard server logs.
What we never collect
We never collect or request your account password or login credentials. We do not access your account.
How we use it
- To deliver your order to the account/link you provided.
- To process payment and send order confirmations and support replies.
- To operate refills and honour guarantees.
- To detect fraud and keep the service secure.
- To show prices in your local currency.
Third parties
We share only what's necessary with: our payment processor (to take payment), our fulfilment partners (to deliver the engagement — they receive the public link only, never your email or card), and public-profile lookup providers used to preview your account before you order. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We keep order and support records only as long as needed to run the service, honour guarantees, and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
