We stand behind every order. Here's exactly how our refill and refund guarantees work — and the few situations they don't cover.
60-day refill guarantee
If any followers, likes, or views drop within 60 days of delivery, we top them back up for free, automatically — no ticket needed in most cases. If you notice a drop that hasn't been refilled, just contact us and we'll sort it.
30-day money-back guarantee
If your order isn't delivered as described, you're entitled to a refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact us with your order details and we'll make it right — refill, partial refund, or full refund as appropriate.
How to request
Email instactive6@gmail.com or use our contact page with your order email and the @username or link. Most requests are resolved within 24 hours.
What isn't covered
- Orders placed on the wrong username or link that you provided (double-check before ordering).
- Accounts that were set to private, deleted, or banned by the platform after delivery.
- Drops caused by a platform-wide purge, or by you ordering the same service from another provider at the same time.
- Change-of-mind on a non-tangible service that has already been fully delivered.
Chargebacks
If something's wrong, please contact us first — we resolve almost everything quickly and fairly. Opening a chargeback before contacting us may forfeit your refill coverage and can delay resolution for everyone.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
